Monster ![]() Canine-Apatitus-Gargantucas
Canine- Slobberous Massivis
Juneau is a 140lbs.
part Newfie part German Shepherd. He was a
stray found roaming the streets in Queens, NY and was adopted by us
many years ago. Can you imagine a dog like that walking the
streets in Queens? He is a little intimidating, but once you get
to know him, he is a big bucket of mush. He used to finds it
necessary to
chase deer and bunnies, now he just lies around, sleeping, day dreaming
about chasing
bunnies, eating, eating some more, dreaming about eating, and
analyzing
the consumption of any food being eaten by others. His human-peeves are rapid stops in
the Junie Mobile( a Volvo 245 with 312,000 miles) resulting in him
getting slammed into the dog gate, having his fur
pulled by our daughter, when there is no left-overs at the dinner
table, bathing... but most of all, Monster.Juneau Monster Monster is unfortunately living up to him name. He is by now, probably over 100 lbs., very friendly, but lacking certain social skills. He constantly harasses Junie and Junie hates every minute of it. Unfortunately we bought Monster to be Junie's companion and friend, to keep the old dog young, but Monster has become Junie's nemesis. Monster usually covers Junie with slobber as it is the keenest trait of any NewFoundland-- messy, water-loving, slobberer. |
